or this leash I wove four strands of cotton rope together to make sure this leash is strong enough to take whatever pulling power your small-medium dog may have.  The rope and weave combination allows for some nice shock absorption when your pooch pulls unexpectedly.   

I hand dye all of my cotton so some color variation is to be expected.  In the dying process the rope becomes a little stiff, after a couple uses it will soften up very nicely.  

Natural stretching may occur, the fray around the adjoining knot is for this purpose.  Machine washer and dryer friendly, fading may occur after repeated washes.  I recommend putting in a pillow case so the hardware does not damage your machines.    

About 3/4" in width, and made with either Medium or Large Clips.
